National Star College Staff are Great South West Care Award winners 2011

Staff from National Star College have been celebrating after returning from the Great South West Care Awards 2011 triumphant. Five staff from the College were shortlisted finalists for the awards and two of the five were winners on the night. Lynette Barrett won the award for Care Home Registered Manager Award and Deborah Cradick won the Dignity in Care Award and Roxy Wellington, Ben Kerslake and Leslie Gaston were all shortlisted.

The Awards recognise and pay tribute to the efforts and dedication of all those whose hard work ensures that people who require care services gain them in a way that maximises their independence and choice, whilst respecting their privacy and dignity.

Lynette and Deborah will now be invited to attend the national Care Home Awards in June next year at a prestigious venue in London.
